Coverage
This warranty covers defects resulting from material failure, improper installation, cracking or splitting of the membrane, loss of adhesion due to product failure, and premature wear caused by UV exposure or environmental stress. If a covered defect occurs, ApexArmor will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the affected area at no cost to the documented owner.
Lifetime No-Leak Fixture Guarantee
Any roof-mounted fixture present at the time of installation is guaranteed to remain sealed against leaks for the lifetime of the RV, provided the fixture is not altered, removed, or modified. If a leak develops around a covered fixture, ApexArmor will reseal the area at no charge.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage caused by impacts, punctures, falling debris, abuse, neglect, improper cleaning practices, chemical spills, or standing water resulting from improper RV leveling or drainage. Fixtures or accessories added after installation, including solar panels, antennas, or similar equipment, are not covered unless they have been resealed by an authorized ApexArmor installer. Damage caused by acts of God, including hail, floods, tornadoes, or other natural disasters, is also excluded and is typically covered by insurance.
Transferability
This warranty may be transferred one time to a new owner. To qualify, the transfer must be completed within 72 hours of the sale, and the new owner must contact ApexArmor to update the warranty registration. A transfer fee of $199 may apply. Once properly transferred, all original warranty terms remain in effect.
Warranty Claims
To initiate a claim, the owner must contact ApexArmor within 72 hours of discovering the issue. Proof of installation, photographs of the affected area, and a description of the problem must be provided. If requested, the RV must be delivered to an ApexArmor Certified Installer within 72 hours of filing the claim. Temporary measures, such as applying approved sealants or using tarps, are required to prevent further damage until service can be performed. ApexArmor will inspect the claim and determine whether repair or replacement is warranted under the terms of this warranty.
Owner Responsibilities
Owners are responsible for regularly inspecting the roof for physical damage, fixture issues, and debris accumulation. Any new roof-mounted fixture must be installed or resealed by an authorized ApexArmor installer to maintain warranty coverage. Roof cleaning should be performed using non-abrasive methods, including mild soap and water or approved bleach-based cleaners. Pressure washing is not permitted. Owners should also maintain records of any post-installation service or fixture resealing.
Limitation of Liability
This warranty is limited solely to the repair or replacement of the ApexArmor roofing system. ApexArmor is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, including damage to the RV interior, personal belongings, loss of use, travel expenses, lodging costs, or any other indirect losses.
